On October 2nd, 2023, the BCN Drone Center team organised an innovative workshop focused on the BVLOS drone operations with the collaboration of Delair and Al-Top, two important companies in the UAS industry. The workshop gathered drone enthusiasts and industry leaders to explore and discuss BVLOS operations and what it means for the future of drones.
The day commenced with a session led by our Regulatory Compliance Manager, Lluís Amat, who provided invaluable insights into the BVLOS regulatory framework. Understanding the regulatory framework is crucial for unlocking the full potential of BVLOS operations, and our expertise set the stage for an engaging and informative discussion.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the presentation of the Delair UX-11 by Jules Masson. Their comprehensive overview of the UX-11 showcased its cutting-edge features and capabilities, offering attendees a glimpse into the future of drone technology. The excitement grew even more during the UX-11 demo flight, as the drone took off, demonstrating its ability and versatility. Witnessing the UX-11 in action was a great experience to see its potential to revolutionize different UAS applications.
The success of the workshop reaffirmed BCN Drone Center’s position as a leading hub for innovation in the drone industry. As we continue to push the boundaries of possibility, we remain committed to providing a platform for businesses to showcase their solutions and driving meaningful progress in drone technology.
