FAQs
COVID-19 Cancellations
Cancellation due to justified travel restrictions can be made at any moment until 7 days before the start of the course. You will receive the full amount minus 100€ due to administrative costs.
In case that we cannot host the course, you will be informed with a minimum of 15 days before the course start and you will receive the full amount.
All associated expenses of the course (flight tickets, visa applications, etc…) will not be compensated.
Transportation from/to BCN Drone Center
BCN Drone Center can only be reached by private car or taxi. Trying to arrive to the center with public transportation is complex and long… not recommended. Once you confirm your registration we will give you access to our intranet where you can organize car pools for transfers to the BCN Drone Center with other participants.
Taxi from the airport: 120€, 1 hour.
Accommodation
For only 220€ + VAT, you will be able to stay at a hotel 5’ away from the BCN Drone Center: Hotel El Toll
The cost includes 4 nights (Sunday to Thursday) and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Online Platform
Upon registration, you will have access to the online platform. There you will find all the presentations of the speakers and a fòrum to chat with your fellow participants.
